Hotel management System provides Room Booking, staff management and other necessary hotel management features such as Check-In, Restaurant Bills and Check Out, etc. HMS Includes Back Office Operation with Inventory Control with Financial Management System.
● Booking - When guest walks into Hotel, Capture initial Guest Data such as Name, Address, P.P.No/NIC No, No of Guest along with Room Category.
● Check-In - When Guest Check-In, Booking data convert into Check-In.
● Restaurant Bills & Extras - During the Guest stay, all the Restaurant Bills (If Guest not under Full Board Category) and other Extra Activity such as Side Seeing, Boat Ride, etc. captured under Guest account for final bill Preparation.
● Check-Out - When Guest check out, Bill will be prepared by clicking a button.
● Back Office - Inventory Control System and Financial Accounting System integrated with Hotel Management System.
