Step 1 - click IDS Quick Support Tool Download button and Download

Step 2 - Click downloaded exe file and run the setup

Step 3 - Click Run in the popup box to install ids support

Step 4 - Run the installed IDS Quick Support App

Step 5 - Click Request support button to connect with our support staff

Step 6 - After the Request support button click, Allow the IDS Support Remote Control popup then our support staff will connect with you immediately and assist you with the issue
